Junior Account Manager

Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of client needs.
• Support Account Managers with client communications, reporting, and progress updates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Monitor and track client performance metrics; prepare and submit regular reports for review.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, as required.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation of all account activities and communications.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional services or product offerings.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• Previous experience in account management, senior team lead, or operations management roles.
