Junior Associate Lawyer

Job Qualifications:

• Preferably male and owns a car but female applicants can still apply
• With at least 2 years of work experience in litigation or other practices of law
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• Pays keen attention to detail, is organized, methodical and output-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills, team player confident, punctual, and has good work ethics
• Can work with minimum supervision

Job Description:

• Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case
• Conducting research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources
• Drafting legal texts, including reports, contracts, letters, motions, pleadings, and appeals
• Representing clients at meetings, administrative offices, hearings, and trials
• Manage cases assigned and ensure that deadlines are met
• Understands client needs and ensures timely response
• Collaborating with senior attorneys in developing case strategies and providing support on complex legal issues
• Staying up-to-date on changes in the law and honing their legal skills
• Providing legal support to senior attorneys and ensuring that the firm's clients receive high-quality legal representation
• Assist in firm administration matters and case management as needed
• Willing to attend hearings outside Metro Manila

Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
