Junior Carpenter

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and be proficient in various carpentry tasks. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read schematics, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties

• Frame structures with guidance from our Senior Carpenters.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
• Adhere to safety regulations while performing heavy lifting and operating equipment.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by job tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
