The opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Lawyer (internship) who will focus on providing advice across multiple areas of business law related to Hitachi Energy's legal rights and obligations.

How you'll make an impact

• Assist in providing counseling on legal issues.

• Conduct legal research.

• Support counseling and preparation of governance material.

• Participate in the development and implementation of legal strategies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and directives.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, regulations and directives.

• Participate in projects within the function and businesses.

• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through the Legal & Integrity learning program.

Your background

• Recent law graduate.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Bar admission (or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to be agile and keen to learn.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and ethical standards.

• Strong interest in technology and process improvement.
