Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support the coordination and
delivery of field services for our clients across the United States. This role focuses on
managing service requests, coordinating field technicians, tracking project progress,
and ensuring small infrastructure deployments are delivered efficiently and on
schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable
managing multiple small projects simultaneously. This position works closely
with our service delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client
requests.
Responsibilities
Service Request & Queue Management
Manage and prioritize incoming service requests in the service queue
Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field technicians
Track progress of service tickets from request through completion
Ensure SLAs and client expectations are met
Field Services Coordination
Coordinate field services for client infrastructure work including:
Site decommissioning (equipment removal / cleanup)
Security camera deployments
Low voltage cabling and additional network drops
Hardware installations and swaps
Small infrastructure upgrades
Project Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate status tracking for all open service requests
Provide regular updates to internal teams and clients
Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Identify risks or delays and escalate when necessary
Quoting & Documentation
Prepare quotes for service work using Kaseya Quote Manager
Assist with scoping and estimating small service requests
Maintain documentation of work orders and project notes
Ensure proper closure documentation is completed
Qualifications
1–3 years experience in project coordination, service coordination, or
operations support
Experience managing multiple service requests or small projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and task management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work US business hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service delivery environment
No certifications required
Focus on organizational/coordination skills

Work Schedule: US-aligned shift, between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Central time) Weekdays
