Junior Project Manager – Digital Business Partner & Service Support:
Your role
As a Junior Project Manager – Digital Business Partner & Service Support, you will support the Digital Business Partner & Service Support Department in managing client relationships and contributing to the execution and monitoring of digital and service-related projects.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service providers to ensure smooth project delivery, timely reporting, and alignment with organizational priorities.
Your main responsibilities include:
Support the management of client relationships, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on requests and priorities
Assist in coordinating and monitoring digital and service projects (planning, tracking, reporting)
Prepare and maintain project documentation: status reports, action plans, meeting minutes, risk/issue logs
Monitor project progress, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups
Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, issues, or bottlenecks in a timely manner
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to service quality, processes, and client satisfaction
Coordinate activities with external vendors or partners when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (Junior PM / PMO / IT Project Support / Service Support / Digital delivery)
Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Jira / Confluence / ServiceNow is a plus
Languages: Italian (fluent, mandatory), English (fluent, mandatory), French (nice to have)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, IT, or similar field (or equivalent professional experience)
