This full-time position is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in recruiting, sourcing, and candidate engagement. You will work closely with our recruitment team to help identify and attract top talent for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment process.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Preferably holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using various online tools and platforms for recruitment and communication.
