Junior Supply Chain Planner

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Supply Chain Planner to support our day-to-day operations, ensuring orders run smoothly, data stays accurate, and suppliers stay on track. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a full Supply Chain Planner role over time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Raise and send purchase orders to suppliers
• Track orders and ensure deliveries arrive on time
• Follow up with suppliers for confirmations and updates
• Keep planning systems and data accurate and up to date
• Review production reports and highlight any issues
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
• Upload shipment and packing documentation
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and procurement teams
• Support reporting and share updates on supply chain activity
• Help identify improvements using data and insights

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
• Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Familiarity with ERP systems or data tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or procurement is an advantage
