Kitchen Assistant | Dishwasher | Come Vibe With Us At Black Tap Zurich

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer in Zürich is now hiring a Kitchen Line Assistant/Dishwasher. We are looking for individuals passionate about food, serving award-winning burgers, and hospitality, interested in working as part of a team, gaining experience in a busy professional kitchen, and desirous of growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Dishwashers duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables and washing them thoroughly.
• They will also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed.
• Note that this role requires working in shifts and, occasionally, during evenings or weekends.
• Ultimately, you’ll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Skills

• An understanding of various cooking methods including cooking meats to temperature "doneness", ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiar with the industry’s best practice
