• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing high-quality service to guests.
• Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation, ensuring precision and safety.
• Support the dietary department by assisting with special dietary needs when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, with an emphasis on culinary experience.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques is highly desirable.
