Kitchen Crew Member - Williamsville

The role: Restaurant Crew Member - Williamsville

• Greet and interact with customers while providing a five-star experience.
• Prepare and cook food in a fast-casual setting.
• Stock the dining room with condiments, serving utensils, and napkins; refill condiment containers, utensils, and napkins as needed
• Utilize approved food production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Properly store foods in designated areas following proper dating, First In First Out (FIFO), and labeling procedures.
• Maintaining food presentation and consistency as dictated in Standard Operating Procedures.
• Other duties as assigned, including assuming responsibilities of direct reports when necessary
• Checking the quantity and quality of received products, making sure they reflect what was ordered.

Compensation: $15.50 - $17.00
