Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant

We are looking to recruit a 'FULL TIME' kitchen porter to join our team here with us. I must stress this is a full time position, expected to work on a rota system, mornings, evenings, late night deep cleans, weekends etc, so will NOT suit anyone looking for 1 or 2 days or a few hours a week or someone that attends college etc. Given the nature of the work in hand and the team in place already, female applications will not be accepted.

• Job Responsibility
• · Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitised· Sweep and mop floors· Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations· Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation· Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries· Keep the food and supply storage areas organised· Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed
• Experience preferred but a willingness to work is more more important
• Morning work starts at 8am. Evening work may finish about midnight, so own transport is essential.
• Unfortunately we are currently not in a position to offer accommodation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €14.00-€14.15 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
