Kitchen Porter / Food Prep Assistant (Part-Time)
Pay: €14.15 per hour
Hours: 18 hours per week
Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Location: Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 3

Dishy Deli is looking for an experienced and reliable Kitchen Porter / Food Prep Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced kitchen team.

This role is suited to someone who is confident working in a professional kitchen and has solid, hands-on experience in food preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and workstations
• Independently carry out food preparation tasks including chopping, prepping ingredients and portioning
• Support chefs and kitchen team during service
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are followed
• Be a dependable, positive presence in the kitchen

Requirements (Essential):

• Minimum 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen
• Proven experience in food preparation
• Confident using kitchen equipment and knives safely
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Able to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
