Kitchen Team Member (Dishwasher / Prep / Grill Assistant)

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Assist with basic food prep (cutting, portioning, stocking)
• Support grill station during service as needed
• Take out trash and maintain cleanliness standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Help kitchen team with daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Weekend availability required
• Kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Brunchella, a modern brunch concept opening in Carytown, Richmond, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Team Member to support daily kitchen operations.

This role includes dishwashing, basic prep, assisting on the grill, and helping wherever needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly during service.
