Kok Authentieke Chinese Keuken (Traditional Chinese Cook)

We zoeken een specialiteiten kok (niveau 4) met kennis en ervaring van de authentieke Chinese keuken (zoals Sichuan, Canton, Hunan, Shanghai, Beijing, Fujian en Shangdong).

Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de voor- en hoofdgerechten en nagerechten van de Chinese keuken, inclusief voorbereiding: schoonmaken, voorsnijden, marineren, portioneren en blancheren.

Voorraden bewaken en controleren, bestellingen plaatsen op basis van de verwachte drukte.

In voorkomende gevallen, de chef-kok en/of andere koks vervangen.

Kan werken volgens de meest recente Horeca Hygiënecode en daarmee voldoen aan de HACCP eisen.

Een teamspeler met goede communicatievaardigheden.

Het salaris is afhankelijk van je ervaring, kennis en kunde die je meebrengt, en conform de horeca cao met een maximum van €2.774 per maand.

We are looking for traditional Chinese cuisine cook (level 4); knowledgeable, experienced and well trained in one or more authentic Chinese cuisines. The Chinese cuisines skills we are looking for are: Sichuan, Canton, Hunan, Shanghai and Beijing. A major plus would be the ability to make by hand noodles and dumplings.

(S)he will be responsible for the production of authentic Chinese cuisine starters, main courses and desserts, including but not limited to preparation, cleaning, cutting, seasoning, marinating, portioning and blanching.

Other tasks are: managing and replenishing stocks based on expected turnover. Substitute and relieve the chef and/or other cooks when required. Able to work according to the latest Dutch restaurant Hygiene code and fulfil the HACCP requirements.

In terms of personality we expect a team player with excellent communication skills.

Your salary depends on your experience, skills and knowledge, and follows the industry salary standards. Your maximum salary can be as much as € 2.478,68 per month, excluding 8% holiday pay and customer tips.
