  • Experience: Significant experience in a signature-dining or five-star hotel setting, specifically with modern and traditional Korean cuisine.

  • Mastery of Korean culinary techniques, including fermentation, seasoning, and contemporary plating.

  • Proven ability to interact professionally with celebrities and high-net-worth individuals during private dining events.

  • Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is highly preferred to facilitate communication with a diverse staff and clientele.

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or Hotel Management, or equivalent professional certification.

  • A deep understanding of Chinese and Korean dining customs, ingredients, and culinary techniques.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • The ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
