What You’ll Do:
- Land Management & Compliance
- Liaise with relevant government agencies and authorities to address land-related matters, including land acquisition, sale, purchase, and lease renewals for SP Group properties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and resolve issues related to land encroachment, alienation, and relocation.
- Lease Administration
- Oversee and manage all lease agreements pertaining to SP Group properties.
- Prepare and administer lease-related term contracts in alignment with organizational policies.
- Vendor & Consultant Management
- Manage the appointed Managing Agent responsible for site facilities and lease administration under SPPA.
- Engage and supervise consultants for redevelopment projects involving depots and office spaces.
- Space Planning & Optimization
- Maintain and update SP Group’s space inventory and data records.
- Conduct feasibility studies and utilization analyses to optimize land and space usage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan layouts and ensure efficient use of office and depot spaces.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Prepare reports, approval papers, and recommendations for management on land and space planning matters.
- Support management in identifying trends, potential issues, and future space requirements.
- Lead studies on land and space optimization to align with organizational growth and operational needs
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or a related discipline from a recognized university, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in managing leases, property, and land-related matters.
- Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in analyzing space utilization and managing facilities inventory to optimize resources.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for site layout and design interpretation.
- Preferred experience in space analysis techniques, including utilization studies and optimization strategies.
