We are a 38 year old firm located out of Indian Trail, NC. We are now looking to hire a Operations Manager.

Job Description:

As an Operations Manager, you would be responsible for directly running the crews out in the field servicing our clients needs. An operations manager, takes the time to train the field staff in proper procedures and makes sure the crews are being efficient. You would take responsibility in scheduling, time tracking for the crews, and making sure that and special requests given are completed in a timely manner. Willingness to work well with your crews and your co workers is key to make sure the operations run smoothly. Job Requirements:

-4+ years of landscape maintenance experience

-Knowledge of proper Horticultural Practices

-Ability to run 15-30 people efficiently

-Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb a ladder safely

-Ability to obtain Pesticide License

-Conducting Proper property inspections

-Ability to work well with the team to obtain a common goal of excellence

-Proper note taking and reporting

-Ability to follow requests given by Superiors

-Making sure crews are operating safely

-Training crew foreman to ensure that they have proper knowledge of our Industry standards

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
