Summary

We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer & Project Manager to join our team at Shaylor's Ponds & Patios. This role will involve designing innovative landscape solutions that meet client needs while enhancing the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. The position is based in Williamsport PA and plays a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional landscaping services.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed landscape designs that incorporate client preferences and environmental considerations.
• Utilize design software such as ProLandscape to produce high-quality plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert recommendations.
• Oversee project implementation to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Incorporate hardscape elements into designs, including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil conditions, drainage, and existing vegetation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as ProLandscape or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape materials, and sustainable practices.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Expected hours: 40 per week
