Lead Generation Intern

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Intern to join our sales team! Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to prospective clients, generating quality leads for the sales team
  • Engage with potential customers via telemarketing to understand their needs and introduce our solutions
  • Qualify inbound inquiries by assessing client requirements and matching them with our offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies and improve lead quality
  • Support business development initiatives by researching potential markets and industry trends
  • Assist in follow-up communications to nurture leads and move prospects through the sales funnel

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and via email
  • Proven ability in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales environments
  • Knowledge of CRM software, especially Salesforce or equivalent tools, for managing leads and customer data
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and technology sales concepts
  • Excellent negotiation skills to effectively persuade and build rapport with prospects
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Pay: $23.81 - $28.67 per hour
