Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

• Manage Facebook Ads to generate leads for our social accounts.
• Create compelling ad copy tailored to our target audience.
• Conduct market research, generate sales lead and competitor analysis
• Monitor, optimize, and analyze ad performance to improve lead quality and cost per acquisition.
• Work closely with our marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign results.
• Create reports on lead generation metrics and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates that have experience with handling Facebook Ads are required!

Salary: $2,100 - $3,300 | $12/hr - $19/hr
