Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with new clients and grow our portfolio of commercial accounts.
This role involves identifying potential leads, contacting businesses by phone and email, and visiting prospective clients in person to present our services and secure new contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
• Utilize various platforms and tools to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce our services.
• Visit businesses in person to propose our services and establish relationships with prospective clients.
• Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential as customers.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for converting leads into clients.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in our CRM system.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for lead generation processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance lead strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills; ability to connect with people and explain services effectively.
• Familiarity with business development practices and market analysis techniques.
• Ability to build rapport with potential customers through phone, email, and in person.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive in generating leads and meeting goals.
• Proficiency in using a CRM and other sales tools is an asset.
• Willingness to travel in person to prospective businesses in Vaughan and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Compensation:

• Base pay plus commission. (Cash Payment)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
