Are you an experienced carpenter looking for a leadership role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our busy carpentry company is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Hand Timber Frame Erector. We require a carpenter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and Banksman to oversee and coordinate timber frame construction projects whilst also managing internal carpentry finishes.

Position Overview

As a Lead Hand Timber Frame Erector, you will lead a team of carpenters, apprentices and skilled labourers to ensure projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and the highest level of craftsmanship. From planning daily schedules to interpreting blueprints, your leadership will be key to bringing our projects to life. You will be based primarily in the North Dublin area and will be responsible for managing sites with up to 25 carpentry workers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters to achieve project goals and maintain quality standards.

· Organize and assign tasks to ensure timely project completion.

· Interpret and apply technical drawings in the execution of construction projects.

· Monitor work progress and enforce quality control at all stages.

· Promote and uphold workplace safety by ensuring compliance with protocols.

· Manage materials, tools, and equipment necessary for project needs.

· Collaborate with project managers and clients to align with project objectives.

Salary

· €55 - €65k experience depending
