Lead Pediatric Dentist

We are a state of the art and progressive dental company with multiple facilities throughout central and south NJ. We are fully digital with advanced technologies and streamlined systems in place. Our organization is seeking a pediatric provider with good character and work ethic to provide pediatric services in a busy high volume location. All other locations refer pediatric patients to this one central location.

Guarantee Salary of $250K in first year of practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Perform dental procedures including extractions, restorations, and preventive care in a child-friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for patient management.
• Educate patients and their families on oral health practices and preventive care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive pediatric dental care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree
• Valid state dental license with specialization in pediatric dentistry
• Proficiency in dental terminology, patient care, and assessment
• Experience with dental extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery
• Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, and Dentrix
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
