About the Team:
As a Product Manager for Return Refund (AI Strategies), you will be developing a deep understanding of the eCommerce post-purchase flow and leading advanced AI-driven product solutions to establish an efficient and fair judgment process. Your work will directly impact the buyer & seller experience, as well as the operational costs and efficiency involved in the Return and Refund processes.

Job Description:
  • Understand business direction and goals, align priorities and requirements with business teams and local markets, and drive product solutions and strategies to align with business direction
  • Lead a team of product managers to deliver AI strategies and build a futuristic AI platform to automatically judge Return and Refund requests and disputes, to improve judging accuracy and efficiency, and reduce overall operational costs
  • Drive initiatives to optimise AI strategies in evaluating buyer & seller credibility and detecting fraudulent behaviours associated with Return and Refund
  • Facilitate AI model development, integration, testing and iterations for the different AI model applications throughout RR judging & evaluations
  • Deep dive into operational workflows to understand the entire business ecosystems, develop effective tools or platforms to support local operations, especially on Return & Refund judging and policy setups
  • Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle, work closely with designers, analysts, FE/BE engineers and data scientists to deliver product solutions with high business impact. Facilitate cross-functional discussions among different product & engineering teams

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Artificial Intelligence will be advantageous
  • Minimally 5+ years of product management experience, preferably with team management experience too
  • Experienced in incorporating AI models/ recommendation strategies to drive e-Commerce business goals, i.e. buyer conversion, and to increase GMV
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities and data-driven decision-making mindsets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
  • Adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong ownership mentality.
