Associate Digital Certificates Specialist will provide technical support for OPENTEXT's customers, non-paying Trading partners, Implementations agents, other CS reps, Ops, and Engineering.

As a Lead Security Analyst, you will primarily be responsible in providing tactical direction, mentoring and escalation support to Senior Security Analysts in conducting global-wide security reviews that reinforce the company’s overall firewall security posture and ensure the continuous compliance of integrated information systems to industry standards and meet critical business requirements.
You will take ownership of developing, managing, and reporting GIS Validation team metrics, and lead projects focused on the ongoing enhancement of processes, methodologies, tools, and AI-driven initiatives designed to improve automation, analytics, and operational efficiency.
You will also be coordinating globally with stakeholders to drive initiatives and represent GIS Validation team as the technical lead and point-of-contact with internal clients and vendors.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
FIREWALL COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT
- Conduct thorough reviews of Commercial and Corporate firewall devices to reduce the risk of unauthorized changes, simplify complex firewall policies, and maintain continuous monitoring of overly permissive rule definitions for timely risk detection and response.
- Oversee the integration of newly onboarded firewall devices and expanded scope into the review process, ensuring they are aligned with existing compliance and risk management controls.
- Lead collaboration efforts with stakeholders to drive the remediation of review findings and maintain ongoing compliance with security standards.
- Ensure timely submission of all audit-related deliverables to meet internal and external requirements.
- Prepare and deliver management reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the team’s daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of tasks.
- Develop and implement strategic timelines to achieve team goals and performance targets.
- Assign tasks effectively to team members based on skills and workload capacity.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to team members to enhance their capabilities, address performance gaps, and resolve operational challenges.
- Respond promptly to escalations, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Identify process gaps and lead the team in designing and executing improvement initiatives
- Leading the creation of metrics and reports to track the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and communicate performance measurements to the management.
- Analyzing data and applying methodologies to process information at any given criteria.
- Prioritizing tasks, management of multiple initiatives and delivery of outputs within agreed and reasonable timelines.
- Documenting procedures and organizing them in accordance with the requirements of the business.
- Understanding and adapting to different systems and tools that are being utilized to deliver day-to-day operations.
- Working with various stakeholders to gather information and provide findings in support of compliance activities.
- Demonstrating problem-solving strategies to analyze process gaps, resolve issues, and propose solutions.
- Leveraging AI-driven methodologies and tools to enhance data analysis, automate routine tasks, and improve decision-making processes.
- Any Information Security Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an information security role
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- Proven experience in leading projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
- Strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication, writing, and business presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
- Demonstrates key behavioral competencies such as sound decision-making, effective problem-solving, and strong teamwork.
- Solid understanding of best practices, emerging trends, current threats, and risk management related to Firewall or Network Security.
- Experience with firewall analysis tools is an advantage.
