The role:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Tenant Case Manager based at our Bendigo office.
As a Lead Tenant Case Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people as they transition into independent living. You will provide guidance, structure, and a positive living environment, helping them build essential life skills while promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the residence
- Supporting ‘Live in’ mentors
- Ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing living environment
- Working closely with local agencies and services to provide holistic support.
- Managing and supporting a team of dedicated tenants
- Provide high quality case management support to young people living in lead tenant supported accommodation

- Salary offers start at around $100,776 plus super plus salary packaging (Level 5 SCHCADS)
- Pro rata the above salary.
- Part time, 0.6, 22.8 hours.
