Your Leadership Journey:
Step into the role of a Team Leader, where you will be instrumental in steering our operations towards excellence. In this role, you will not only manage day-to-day activities but also drive our teams to achieve sales targets and budget goals, ensuring the financial success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily operations in Oslo.

Foster a dynamic and inclusive international work environment.

Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in line with budgets.

Train and motivate staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Manage customer interactions with the aim of maximizing satisfaction and repeat business.

Regular reporting on sales performance and operational efficiency to higher management.

We're Looking For:
Proven leadership skills with a track record in sales and operational management.

Ability to inspire and lead teams in a multicultural setting.

Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.

Fluency in English, with additional languages being a significant advantage.
