Learning & Development Intern

UWCSEA is looking for an intern to join our Learning & Development team from February 2025 To August 2025 (6 months).

This position will allow the intern to gain experience and knowledge in Professional Learning & Development by participating and supporting in the full function.

Main Responsibilities

• Planning and communications: Co-manage a shared Google corporate email account, primarily to manage participants expectations for learning events, and to source for training service providers, where necessary.
• Plan, develop, and deliver a learning event for self-registered participants.
• Collect and analyse learning & development (L&D) feedback and write report(s).
• Ensure smooth delivery of learning events.
• Update learning records and upload them to Information Management System.

Person Specifications

• Minimum O Levels, or currently pursuing a Diploma or higher (in Business Admin/ Human Resource Management/ Social Sciences or a related field).
• Undergraduates who can commit for 20-24 weeks are welcome to apply.
• Preferably a little experience in project management or event management
• Willingness to learn is more important
• Competencies in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Competencies in office administration and organisational skills
