As our e-learning intern, you will be assisting in the development and maintenance of elearnings that is launched globally to thousands of employees. Job Description:
  • Support the team in creating engaging learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and transfer
  • Assist with converting training materials into E-Learning format (PDF, SCORM) using digital learning technologies such as Articulate Rise (training will be provided)
  • Support in facilitation and translation of E-learnings for local offices via Smartcat (training will be provided)
  • Translate written content into visual (graphics and infographics) to captivate learners to maximise training effectiveness
  • Review graphic designs and perform an editorial review and technical check for accuracy before publishing
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) course content and upkeep all enrollment and attendance records for both training and E-Learning to provide accurate learning hours for all employees
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and E-Learning courses using available data such as assessment marks, sign-up rates, post-course surveys, etc.
  • Regular report generation to track elearning effectiveness and completion rates
  • Manage day-to-day Learning Portal administration and operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented and organised
  • Flexible and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in copywriting, Adobe Illustrator and storyboarding is a plus
