Hours: 32 hours/week
Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary
The Metropolitan, a luxury high-rise community of 430 apartment homes, is seeking an energetic and welcoming Leasing & Events Coordinator to support our Sales Team and Property Manager. As the first point of contact for both residents and prospective residents, you will play a key role in delivering a polished, hospitality-driven experience. This hourly role includes assisting with tours, greeting clients, supporting resident requests, overseeing the building on Sundays, and contributing to marketing and community event initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Leasing Support:
- Maintain strong lobby presence to ensure visitors receive prompt, professional service.
- Greet and engage prospective residents with energy and professionalism.
- Support the Sales Team with tour preparation, touring assistance, and follow-up.
- Show suites as needed.
Marketing & Events:
- Assist in planning and executing resident events and open houses.
- Support preparation of marketing materials, signage, and promotional collateral.
- Share timely feedback on traffic patterns and marketing opportunities.
Resident & Building Support:
- Act as the primary onsite contact on Sundays, addressing resident service needs and escalating when required.
- Monitor building activity and report observations to management.
- Assist with amenity bookings, phone calls, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
Presentation & Environment:
- Ensure the lobby, common areas, and show suites are consistently tidy, staged, and guest-ready.
- Maintain professional presentation aligned with a luxury residential environment.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, sales support, concierge, or marketing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Comfortable working independently, especially on Sundays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM or property management software experience is an asset.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
