Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by providing detailed information about available units.
- Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential residents.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintain organized files and records related to leasing activities and contracts.
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information in the management system,
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process.
- Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and enhance resident satisfaction.
- Manage and Collaborate all section 8 related items: RTA's, Inspections, processing post move in paper work, HAP contracts, Section 8 lease renewals.
Qualifications
- Experience in leasing required
- Strong understanding of Section 8 required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with tenants.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.
- Familiarity with property management software, particularly Rent Manager, is a plus.
- Excellent sales & communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
