Legal Intern

Job Description:

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memorandum on topics related to corporate law, intellectual property, labor and employment, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies.
• Support the legal counsel in managing day-to-day affairs and company-wide projects.
• Assist in managing and organizing legal files, records, and databases.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and summarize key points.

Key Qualifications

• 4th year Legal Management, Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Has good attention to detail.
• Good research and writing skills.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
