Legal Receptionist

Essential functions of the position include, but, are not limited to:

  • Serve as a point of contact for firm communications; answer phone calls, respond to emails, greet visitors
  • Ensure a clean and efficient office space; monitor office supply levels
  • Create office files, both physical and virtual
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents
  • Input and manage data in databases and spreadsheets
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of receptionist experience (legal preferred)
  • Bilingual a MUST (English/Spanish)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe

Qualified candidates should also possess:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Team player
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Work on Premises

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
