Job Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the home buying and selling process from consultation to closing.
• Follow up with and convert company-provided leads into successful transactions.
• Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline, stay organized, and close deals efficiently.
• Stay informed on local real estate market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications

• Must be New York based
• Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required).
• Must be ready to start Real Estate School or already enrolled (we can guide you through the process).
• Must have your own reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and driven to succeed.

Compensation

• Commission-based: $40,000 – $150,000+ (based on performance).
• Unlimited growth potential with no earning caps.
