The Life Cycle Manager acts as a project lead at Site or Platform (e.g. ESO) for STO manufacturing projects during the Life Cycle of a given product, e. g. product launches, changes, transfers, pruning, divestment, and other special projects, ensuring coordination across global and local functions in alignment with Global / regional functions as appropriate.
Your Key Responsibilities :
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setup and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely implementation of all on-going life cycle activities according to defined strategy.
- Identify potential risks and take measures to prevent occurrence, communicate project progress and deviations as per project responsibility.
- Ensure escalation pathway is followed for projects with problem status, understand impacts (financial, supply, strategic) and define appropriate actions to mitigate / address those. Follow predefined meeting structure.
- Represent Sandoz Technical Operations Site / Platform in cross-functional teams to ensure coordination of all activities at site level and E2E responsibility of Launch & Transfer project execution, from handover until launch supply / 1st supply incl. resupply.
- Align inventory level for launch products with responsible function (e.g. for tenders in specific countries).
- Align bridging-/contingency- stocks for changes, transfers, pruning and divestment projects with responsible function.
- Within Life Cycle Projects, responsible to define the scope and objectives, as well milestone planning to ensure project closure within agreed timelines.
- Ensure Projects are timely captured and monitored on a regular basis (up to date) in respective tools.
What you’ll bring to the role :
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in science (chemistry, pharmacy, or chemical engineering), and/or business administration.
- Minimum 3 years, experience in various pharmaceutical functions e.g. supply chain / production and/or technical development.
- Minimum 3 years in project management experience.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes and Lean philosophy.
- Intercultural experience and ability to act in a complex and rapidly changing matrixed business environment.
- Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory. Due to the nature of our operations, oral and written fluency in English is required for regular communication with customers, partners, and/or colleagues, whether in Canada or internationally.
- Clear, effective communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic and analytical thinking and with stakeholder management experience.
- Strong project, time, and priority management skills.
- Agility to quickly adapt and reprioritize in a fast-paced environments and adjusting plans in response to evolving data, regulations and/or market needs.
Desirable Requirements:
- PMP Certification.
- Fluency in Spanish/Portuguese.
- Experience with Project Management software i.e. Miro, Gantt, Microsoft Project.
