Litigation Paralegal

Overview
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of six years of experience handling

litigation. This person must be highly autonomous, well-organized, and fluent in English

(Spanish is a strong plus). You’ll support high-stakes matters from case prep through

closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and revise litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery responses,

motions, and exhibits

• Maintain and organize case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
• Perform legal research and prepare briefings or summaries
• Handle document management and data entry using Clio and Microsoft Office
• Support attorneys with prep for hearings, depositions, and trial-related logistics
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards

Requirements

• Litigation experience
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency is a strong plus
• Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
• Experience using Clio and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
