BP Fast Lending is a private real estate lending company based in Georgia. We provide short-term financing to real estate investors and developers and are known for our speed, reliability, and hands-on approach.

We’re seeking a Loan Analyst Intern who is eager to learn real estate finance, assist with underwriting, and support a variety of ad hoc projects. This is a full-time, in-person internship with the opportunity to transition into a permanent Loan Analyst role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Analysis & Underwriting Support

- Review incoming loan inquiries and supporting documents.

- Assist in analyzing borrower financials, property performance, and collateral strength.

- Support underwriting models in Excel.

- Conduct property research.

- Prepare loan summaries and analysis memos.

Portfolio Management & Reporting

- Maintain loan pipeline and tracking tools.

- Monitor loan milestones.

- Assist with credit memos and investor reporting.

Ad Hoc Projects & Operations

- Support process improvement projects.

- Assist with CRM organization.

- Help refine templates and SOPs.

- Support cross-functional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

- Pursuing or completed degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or similar.

- Strong Excel and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication.

- Ability to work full time in person.

- Reliability and attention to detail.

Preferred:

- Prior internship or coursework in finance or real estate.

- Familiarity with financial statements.

- Experience with CRM or workflow tools.

Pay: $4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
