Position Overview

We’re hiring a Lot Porter to support daily dealership operations by maintaining vehicle presentation, assisting with vehicle movement, and helping keep the lot, showroom, and service drive organized and customer-ready. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone dependable who takes pride in staying busy and doing the details right.

Key Responsibilities

• Move vehicles safely between the lot, service drive, wash area, and showroom
• Maintain clean, organized vehicle rows and ensure inventory is properly staged
• Wash, vacuum, and detail vehicles as needed to meet delivery and display standards
• Perform basic checks: fuel levels, tire pressure, battery checks, and light inspections
• Apply stock tags/plates and ensure keys are tracked and stored properly
• Keep lot, customer parking, and entrances clean and presentable
• Assist with customer vehicle deliveries and pick-ups as directed
• Support the Sales and Service teams with miscellaneous tasks and errands
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and traffic flow guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
• Professional attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
