Luxury Sales Consultant - Bridal Consultant- 3 Yrs Exp, Weekends, Assoc Deg Req

Our base pay is $20/hr - $24/hr DOE plus bonus pay and tips. Average sellers earn $40/hr. Top sellers earn $60+/hr. We do not limit the amount of money you can earn!

Garnet + Grace Bridal Boutique is the area's only off the rack wedding dress boutique, focused on value-priced bridal gowns from $899 - $3200.

We are currently interviewing for full time who are looking for full time work (5 days/week) or heavy Part Time (4 days week) and wanting to make UNLIMITED BONUS PAY!

Responsibilities include:

- Developing warm, trust based relationships with our clients

- Follow-up with clients and set appointments

- Have knowledge of our competition and what they offer

- Lead clients through the decision making process and overcome objections

- Ensuring clients will choose us over all others by offering extraordinary customer service

- Maintaining expected sales-per-hour & closing ratios

- Participating in our weekly sales meeting focused on personal and professional growth

- Complete weekly sales training to keep skills fresh

- Extraordinary customer service.

Job Requirements:

-- High-end/luxury sales experience is preferred. Previous sales experience is necessary.

-- Position is fast paced and consists of constant standing/walking and lifting up to 35 lbs.

-- SATURDAYS and SUNDAYS ARE A MUST!!!!!

-- Social media experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong background in retail sales and customer service
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
• Excellent communication and upselling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in luxury sales or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with merchandising and stock management
• Knowledge of retail math and basic accounting principles

Pay: $20.00 - $68.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 36 per week
