Duties
- Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations to showcase luxury offerings, emphasizing features and benefits tailored to client preferences.
- Manage existing accounts with dedicated attention, nurturing relationships through effective account management strategies and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Develop strategic business plans for territory development, utilizing CRM software like Eleads to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that attract high-net-worth clients and enhance brand visibility within designated territories.
- Negotiate sales terms confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
- Perform detailed analysis of sales data to identify trends, optimize territory coverage, and refine lead generation tactics for continuous growth.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or luxury retail environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management, account management, and business development initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Eleads or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer information.
- Demonstrated ability in technical or product demos, upselling strategies, and negotiation techniques that close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence; comfortable engaging with diverse clientele including high-net-worth individuals.
- Experience in marketing coordination, lead generation tactics, cold calling, and inside/outside sales approaches is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data to inform strategic decisions and optimize territory coverage.
