Maintenance

RCH Facility Services is looking for a skilled maintenance/handyman to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in general property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and repairs across residential properties
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Conduct inspections and identify necessary repairs
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers when needed
• Ensure properties are kept in excellent condition

Requirements:

• Experience in property maintenance, handyman services, or a related field
• Knowledge of carpentry, painting and general repairs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A full driver’s license is a plus

Pay: From €15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sandyford, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

• Handyman: 1 year (preferred)
