Maintenance Assistant Mh Stonecreek Hourly

The Maintenance Assistant works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager or Environmental Services Manager. The Maintenance Assistant assists with facility maintenance and assists in maintaining the the physical environment, including offices, common areas and resident rooms. This position includes potential Saturdays and Sundays.

> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)

> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing

> Tuberculosis Testing

> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)

> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds

> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
