Description
As we prepare to launch our state-of-the-art OSB manufacturing facility in Taupō, we are seeking a Maintenance Planner to take the lead in building a complete maintenance framework for the site. This is a hands-on, 12-month fixed term role based at our Taupō location.
About the Role:
Your Day Will Involve:
- Using your CMMS experience to build and structure the full maintenance plan for the site.
- Working directly with the CMMS provider to integrate the system and action any required updates or adjustments.
- Reviewing OEM manuals to extract technical details and translate them into clear, accurate maintenance schedules.
- Organising and maintaining documentation to ensure all maintenance information is captured clearly and systematically.
- Promoting a safe workplace and fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
What Are We Looking For?
- An engineering qualification or proven maintenance planning experience with strong capability in coordinating and integrating maintenance systems.
- Proven experience with CMMS platforms is essential, along with the ability to manage complex technical data and create structured and reliable maintenance documentation.
- Detail orientated and methodical, with hands on experience in planning and leading maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
- Proactive and organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet defined timelines.
- Sound understanding of maintenance regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in Excel and Word, with solid working knowledge of CMMS platforms such as MEX or similar.
- Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and fostering an inclusive workplace.
