Maintenance Planner

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all critical equipment and machinery.
• Review maintenance requests and work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Estimate labor, materials, and resources required for maintenance tasks.
• Create detailed job plans, including task sequences, tools, safety procedures, and required parts.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
• Prioritize work orders based on urgency, equipment criticality, and production schedules.
• Track and report on key maintenance metrics (e.g., schedule compliance, backlog, equipment uptime).
• Collaborate with maintenance supervisors, technicians, production teams, parts controller and engineering staff.
• Ensure CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data is accurate and up to date.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in maintenance practices and reliability initiatives.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and layouts based on engineering and architectural inputs.
• Review and revise drawings for accuracy, compliance with standards, and client specifications.
• Update and maintain drawing records and documentation.
• Make adjustments and corrections to designs based on feedback or site conditions.
• Manage and organize drawing files and backups systematically.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering Mechanical / Electrical.
• At least 2 year working experience in related fields.
• Proficiency with CMMS software (e.g., FIIX, SAP PM, Maximo, EAM, etc.)
• Ability to understand and interpret Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Diagram and P&ID.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD is typically essential; other tools depend on industry)
