Summary:
Responsible for planning the daily and long-term work in the business for the technical teams.
Responsible for handling and planning work order requests, updating the maintenance system,
reconciliations with customer and suppliers.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling and planning work orders.
- Responsible for distributing and coordinating daily work orders at morning meeting.
- Responsible for planning meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Responsible for handling and planning incoming requests.
- Contact person for technical support.
- Support technicians in SAP and ServiceMax related tasks.
- Follows-up delivery performance via relevant reports and dashboards from SAP and ServiceMax.
- Manage and update instrument information in relevant customer and internal systems.
- Follow relevant planner processes and routines.
- Responsible for development and improvement of routines and processes.
- Backup for other planners and buyers.
- Take responsibility and work proactively with establishing long-term maintenance plans and identifying resource needs.
- Be active and involved in a learning organization.
- Create and develop good customer relations, ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance to client procedures and authority requirements.
- Contribute to teamwork by carrying out and achieving the group's set goals.
- Active and positive member of the OneSource team, supporting a technical team on an Enterprise account and maintaining open lines of communication with client representatives, end users, alliance partners, and First-Line managers.
- Schedules day to day activity of the local OneSource Operation to ensure delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and developing, tracking and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or Chemistry and at least 5 years of practical experience.
- Experience of working with instrument OEM’s, service providers and consumables vendors.
- Experience in planning technical services in relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP and/or ServiceMax.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Device industry products and services.
- Ability to develop and implement innovation and strategies.
- Experience in improvement work and process development (Lean).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as planner/scheduler and accomplishment while operating in regulated environments
