Work Location: Solomon & Eliwana, Pilbara, Western Australia.

Roster: 8D6R FIFO ex Perth
The Energy Operations Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing high-quality maintenance work plans that enable safe, efficient and effective execution of maintenance activities across generation and transmission assets.
Reporting to: Senior Planner & Scheduler – Energy Operations, this role works closely with execution teams to ensure work scopes are accurate, practical and fully prepared to minimise rework, delays and risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed and executable maintenance work plans and job packs
- Engage with supervisors and trades to validate scope accuracy and practicality
- Ensure labour, materials, tooling and contractor requirements are clearly identified
- Support execution teams during work delivery to resolve scope or planning issues
- Maintain high-quality work management data within SAP
Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Experience in maintenance planning within power generation or heavy industry
- Strong SAP planning capability
- Understanding of asset reliability and maintenance strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with execution teams
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and compliance
Desirable
- Electrical or Mechanical trade qualification
- Experience in gas-fired power station operations
