Job Description:

- Liaise with contractors to call out to complete various works in residential properties including maintenance and planned project works.

- Managing end-to-end project life cycles from concept to completion of refurbishments.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and keep all parties informed throughout the project lifecycle.

- Act as the primary point of contact between internal departments, external consultants, contractors, clients and tenants.

- Engage in the strategic planning of a job: define objectives, organise roadmaps and deciding timelines.

- Adapting to any issues that may arise and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.

- Monitor contractor performance, on-site progress, and quality assurance.

- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues promptly.

- Ensure compliance with local planning regulations, building codes, and health & safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
