Full-Time Maintenance Technician

A well-established Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team at one of our properties located in Thurston County, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance across all areas of the property
• Ensure residential units and common areas are well-maintained
• Conduct physical labor and custodial tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Basic computer and technology proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Maintenance Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

• AppFolio
• Microsoft Teams
• Paycom
