Maintenance Technician

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the building's systems, infrastructures and overall environment remain functional, safe, and efficient.
• The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, light carpentry and basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Fixed schedule - working Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 am to 6 pm (with Sunday and Monday off).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
